We proudly introduce “Ai-no-megumi” lines, natural foods using high-grade seafood in Iseshima, one of the most famous seas in Japan. You can enjoy rich and tasty seaood products.

  • Traditional fishing by male Amas in Shima

    Traditional fishing by male Amas which they get ear shells and turban shells by free diving has over 1300 years history. In Nakiri-area (Shima-shi, Mie) male fishermans called Ama dive 15m depth in raging waves in Daiosaki.
    Seafood in this area are such a good quality that are dedicated to Ise Shrine and selected as Mie brand.
    We use these seafood to make “Ai-no-megumi” lines. Please try our products.

    We use natural Tamari soy sauce brewed by Okamoto inc. and they use soy beans and wheat in Mie and brew by traditional way to make their soy sauce. It makes our products more tasty.

    “Ukashini” is a traditional way of making Shigureni from over 300 yeas ago which craftmans carefully control fire and steam. This way makes soft and tasty Shigureni.

  • Zaku pork Shigureni, pork which is feeded rare Japanese sake ZAKU

    Zaku pork is brand pork in Mie which is feeded rare Japanese sake ZAKU lees and Onsen water in Suzuka Mountain. This pork is never fleezed until made into Shigureni. Please try this rich taste.
