We have manufactured Shigure clam and Tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) since 1935 and I am the 4th CEO. In Mie we have rich aquatic resources and Shigure clam has been manufactured in traditional way from over 300 years ago.
In Reiwa period we proudly release “Ai-no-megumi” lines, natural foods using high-grade seafood in Iseshima, one of the most famous seas in Japan, and will develop new market.
We’d like to protect traditional food culture in Japan and provide good and natural food products to our customers. Please enjoy our products.
